EZ-Pay is a service offered by Charlotte County Utilities that allows you to manage your billing online. It's easy to use and simple to get started.
Payments made through EZ-Pay will be identified on your banking or credit card Statement as BOCC or Web Pay Brd of Cty Comm.
The free, secure, online way to pay your bill right away. Use this feature to make a one-time payment using EZ-Pay. Enter your
credit card or bank account number and billing information using our secure server. If you choose this option, your
information will not be stored and you will need to reenter it every time you use EZ-Pay.
EZ-PAY One-Time Payment
The free, secure, online way to pay your bill automatically. Your bill amount will be deducted from your credit card or bank
account every month on the date you select within the payment period that is not considered past due. The payment will
immediately be credited to your CCU account at the designated time. If you choose this option, your information will be
stored and you will not need to re-enter it every time you use EZ-Pay.
If you set up recurring payments with a credit card or debit card, make sure to update your expiration date.
If the expiration date passes and it is not updated, the transaction will be considered a returned item and
a return item fee will post to your account.

How to enroll
- Log in to the Web site, or if you are new, register now. You will need your CCU account number associated with the account.
- Elect the method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Credit cards), or your bank account and routing numbers (see below), your e-mail address and click "enroll now". You only need to enroll once.
- Select pay now or schedule future payment (link to schedule future payment) and make your payment.
- Click "enroll and make payment" to get started.

Sample bank account and routing number (US Banks and funds only)
In order to pay directly from your bank account, you will need to provide us with your bank account number, bank routing number, and check number.
You will find these numbers on the checks issued for your account.
The routing number, account number and check number are located at the bottom edge of your check. Routing numbers are always 9 digits long.
Account numbers may be up to 17 digits long. Some banks list the routing number first on the check, while other banks list the account number
first; and most list the routing number, account number and check number in that order.
